These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Peppy Creators website, products, checkout, and related services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Elevated Horizon LLC, doing business as Peppy Creators ("Peppy Creators," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase products from us.

Peppy Creators sells camera, photo, lighting, stabilization, drone, smart-home, security, and related creator accessories. Product photographs, colors, packaging, specifications, dimensions, and descriptions are provided for general reference. Displays and manufacturing changes may cause minor differences in appearance or packaging.

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, but we do not warrant that every description, image, price, availability status, or specification is complete or error-free. We may correct errors, update information, substitute updated packaging, or cancel an affected order before shipment.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation only confirms that we received your order; it does not mean the order has been accepted. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, reseller activity, delivery restrictions, or legal and compliance concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the cancelled amount. We may impose quantity limits per customer, household, address, payment method, or order.

Peppy Creators does not provide legal, aviation, electrical, cybersecurity, or professional installation advice. Product availability does not mean that possession or use is lawful in every jurisdiction.

9. Electronics, Batteries, and Installation

Use only compatible chargers, power supplies, batteries, memory cards, mounts, and accessories. Inspect products before use and stop using any item that is swollen, overheating, damaged, wet, cracked, or otherwise unsafe. Do not modify batteries, bypass safety controls, or operate drones or electronics in unsafe weather or environments.

Professional installation may be appropriate for certain security, electrical, mounted, or outdoor products. You are responsible for backups and data security when using connected devices, applications, memory cards, cloud services, or Wi-Fi products.

10. Manufacturer Warranties and Support

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Peppy Creators is a retailer and not the manufacturer. A product may include a manufacturer warranty subject to the manufacturer's separate terms, registration requirements, territory limitations, and exclusions. We do not create or extend a manufacturer warranty.
